Info
This note will contain my nearest plans on improving this vault’s structure and features (like Obsidian plugins and web (Quartz) compatibility.)
🔗 Previous Objectives
As of September 2026, I will pause working on the web compatibility, and focus instead on making this Obsidian vault my main space for taking notes and Personal Knowledge Management.
On [::2026-09-01] (commit hash to be added) I’ve moved items to a dedicated folder, and moved non-item notes out of their folder. I’ve also created new folders for schoolwork, events and people (with subdirs for groups of people and relationships betwen pairs of people).
The next thing will be adding new plugins and setting them up to remove friction. I want to install the following:
- [to be found] — a plugin to create a new note from a template in the current directory with a shortcut
- [I don’t remember the name] — a plugin for terminal inside Obsidian (might be a bad idea, though)
- Excalidraw — just for more convenient Excalidraw usage (less hastle with files)
- (?) Git — for visual version comparing
Misha’s plugin advices:
- Settings Search
- Quick Latex
- (?) Tasks
- (?) Full Calendar
I’m also thinking of installing Tokyo Night and Gruvbox themes just to have them, just for fun.
I also thought about bringing my Tuff-Stuff-Map.excalidraw into the vault, but it takes more space than my entire vault currently (38MB>25MB), because of the images. So I will not do this for now.
I think of putting the _folders from the root directory to a new dedicated directory, but this will mess with build.sh, so I’ll not do it now.
